F. Richard Heath
A native of Woodlawn, Kentucky, Mr. Heath received his BSC degree from the University of Kentucky in 1965 and his law degree from Salmon P. Chase College School of Law of Northern Kentucky University in 1969. He is admitted to practice in Ohio, Kentucky and Florida and various federal courts including the United States Supreme Court. He is a member of the Knox, Licking, Ohio State and American Bar Associations, Ohio Association for Justice and the National Association of Elder Law Attorneys. He has served as Village Solicitor and Mayor’s Court Magistrate in Johnstown, Ohio, adjunct professor of business law at Columbus State Community College and President of the Licking County Bar Association.

Sara G. Light
A native of Willoughby, Ohio, Mrs. Light received her BA degree, magna cum laude, from Kenyon College in 1984, where she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. She received her law degree, cum laude, from The Ohio State University in 1987. She is admitted to the Ohio bar and the US District Court in the Southern District of Ohio. She has served as Utica Village Solicitor since 1988, has served as President of the Knox County Bar Association and is a member of the Knox, Licking, Ohio State and American Bar associations.
